• Timeliness; minimal to no delays in addressing concerns, answering questions, and relaying pertinent information to both patients and healthcare professionals

• Brevity; listing pertinent positives and negatives and minimizing less relevant information 
• Respectful to colleagues, community, and patients 

Skills and Knowledge

• Staying updated on changes and processes pertinent to maintaining necessary skills, abilities to perform minor procedures, and abilities to provide effective patient care
